Well, last month I wrote in my name on the ballot to nominate AMA Directors for the southeast region. I also asked a friend of mine to write me in. I got the new AMA magazine today and I didn’t make the ballot. I guess it takes more than two people to get any traction. Now I know how the Libertarians feel. Guess I’ll have to try again and maybe have a little more organized attempt. These are interim elections and are for one-year terms.

About Me
I rode my first motorcycle at 5 years old, sitting behind my Dad on his ElectraGlide. I learned to ride on my own courtesy of Briggs & Stratton. At 12 I bought my first "real" motorcycle - a red SL70 - with paper route money. Today I still ride old bikes and air-cooled V-Twins, just not Harleys. I can't afford all the clothes you have to buy when you get one.
